We are running a 20 agent call center using *. We are using the
built-in Queues/Agent support. We haven't really had any major issues,
other than my own configuration mistakes. I certainly does everything
that we need it to.

Anyone out there have a call center running with Asterisk? We run a
small helpdesk and need some basic ICD functionality ... agent ready/not
ready, call queueing, etc. There doesn't seem to be too much out there
in the way of open source, so we're also looking for commercial
solutions that will work with Asterisk. Any ideas?
