[Asterisk-Users] Polycom IP Soundpoint 600 & early dial
Is anyone successfully using this phone with *? I have one, and it is an excellent phone. However, I cannot figure out how to make the phone "early dial" -- that is, automatically dial the number without the user having to press the send button. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike Roberts -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-users/attachments/20040729/6a0f381c/attachment.htm

This is just an example, you would probably be better off building a more complete digitmap. Regards, Tor

THat is part of your phone configuration file, not Asterisk. Look in cfg files for your sip phone. If should be in <macaddress>phone.cfg <dialplan dialplan.1.digitmap="9[2-9]xxxxxx|91xxxxxxxxxx|9xxxxxxx|[1-8]00x|9411|99 11|90" dialplan.1.digitmap.timeOut="" dialplan.2.digitmap="9[2-9]xxxxxx|91xxxxxxxxxx|9480xxxxxxx|9602xxxxxxx|9 623xxxxxxx|[1-8]00x|9411|9911|90" dialplan.2.digitmap.timeOut="" dialplan.3.digitmap="9[2-9]xxxxxx|91xxxxxxxxxx|9480xxxxxxx|9602xxxxxxx|9 623xxxxxxx|[1-8]00x|9411|9911|90" dialplan.3.digitmap.timeOut="" dialplan.4.digitmap="" dialplan.4.digitmap.timeOut="" dialplan.5.digitmap="" dialplan.5.digitmap.timeOut="" dialplan.6.digitmap="" dialplan.6.digitmap.timeOut=""/> More info is in the Polycom manual under Dialplan and digitmap W _____ From: Mike Roberts [mailto:mroberts@hcs.net] Sent: Thursday, July 29, 2004 4:47 AM To: asterisk-users@lists.digium.com Subject: [Asterisk-Users] Polycom IP Soundpoint 600 & early dial Is anyone successfully using this phone with *?
