Queue Breakout Input being Ignored

combining calls from 2 queues
We have 1 queue called helpdesk and are setting up a second one called isp.
The helpdesk queue is for internal support calls and isp for our ISP customer
calls. Both of these queues will be directed to the same agents (helpdesk
phone extensions).

R-1.6.2: installation problem on Solaris 2.8
Hello,
I tried to compile R-1.6.2 from source on Solaris 2.8. There is no
problem with configure and make. However, `make test' fails with error
message:

Zap problem when calling out

I have installed a quadBri card, with Asterisk-1.0.10 and the bristuff-0.2.0-RC8s (* 1.0.10)
When calling 0207654321 the following happens:

...asterisk/full pretty extensively for troubleshooting, but I want /var/log/messages for other stuff. Didn't do this under the old version.

problem with Wildcard 100XP and hangup signal

Managing migrations
I have a migration "x" that when it runs self.up it adds a new column
to a table, and of course when self. down is run it deletes said
table...
After I ran this migration I continued to work and in the process
added a couple other migrations. After a while I realized that the
column migration "x" created was a mistake and I no longer need it. So
I ran rake db:migrate:down

I've created a sample trouble ticketing management script in perl that
allows the management of trouble tickets, call routing, etc that
interfaces with the perldesk helpdesk application.
It is mainly for an example of what integration between asterisk and real
world apps is possible.
Basic instructions are included in the script itself including

Hi all, sorry for being OT but would any of you recommend a ticketing system?
We'd like something pretty comprehensive to cover helpdesk and HR stuff as
