asterisk users - Apr 2003 - How to make an X100P answer only one distinctivering cadence?

Don't you then have to wait 4 rings b4 an extension will get a * dial ?
This devices must wait 2 rings to detect the cadence
then * is gonna wait 2 rings trying to get CallerID which I think
it will NEVER get since that comes from the CO line between the
1st & 2nd ring ???
Or Will the device pass along the caller id when it rings through

This thing seems to pick up the cadence on the first ring.  The second ring
is then pass through to the device.  CallerID also seems to passthru
properly.  I'll have to test it again, if anyone is interested.  I
haven't
used it in a while, but it worked very well.
