[R] BATCH mode executes much slow than an interactive session
We are running R 1.3.0 for Unix on Solaris 8 and when we run a batch job is takes about 6 times longer to excute than an interactive session -- in the case of this program around 10 minutes.... anybody any ideas why? Is there an implicit low priority on batch jobs?
