I have a Linux Centos 5.3 DomU that crashes during the root file system check verification. The DomU reboot twice before generating a XEN crash. I have attached the console output since the Xen boot until the Xen Reboot. That would at least ensure that you have up-to-date, well-maintained kernel with bug fixes.
