Jan- Sorry, I was a little unclear. Jun''s patch fixes a problem that only appears on Dom0 but the root cause came from the HVM code. Yes, I had understood it that way. However, the problem descriptions we got do not involve creating a HVM guest anytime between booting the machine and encountering the problem.
