The R package "pcalg" is released. The main purpose of this package is to estimate the skeleton of a DAG given data sampled from a distribution corresponding to this DAG. More intuitively, you can search for "strong dependencies" in potentially high dimensional data sets. The result will be an undirected graph where each edge represents some dependence statement. Optionally, the line width can be varied in order to indicate the reliability of the dependencies found. For more details have a look at the vignette. I'd be happy to receive comments and suggestions for improvement. _______________________________________________ R-packages mailing list R-packages at stat.math.ethz.ch https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-packages
