That is how it''s supposed to work. :P
The thing is, when you click the submit button you are redirected to the
"new_role" action; when validation fails you''re still in the
new_role
action. Then render :action doesn''t change the page: it just renders
the
selected action within your current page, and that''s why it displays
your validation errors properly.
I don''t think this can cause any problems, nor do I know of any ways
around it.
