Xen users - Dec 2010 - problem with more the 2 vcpu''s

Hello List,

if I try to use more than 2 vcpus the server is very slow?
My Version: xen-4.0.0_21091_06-0.2.1
CPU is XEON, HT is off.

Any idea?
