Xen users - Mar 2010 - XCP 0.1.1 bug found

Greetings all:
    Even though an XCP VM has changing_VCPUs_live in its 
allowed-operations (vm-param-list), doing vm-param-set VCPUs-max on a 
running VM has no effect. The VM has to be shut down to successfully set 
VCPUs-max.
    Either the function shouldn''t be in allowed-operations or it 
shouldn''t be non-functional. Either way, it''s busted :).

What kind of guest is it? PV or HVM? 

If it''s a PV guest, then the guest kernel needs to have support for CPU
hotplug..
