Xen users - Mar 2010 - How to Change Image Size?

I see Xen has no feature to change the image size using Xen GUI. Maybe I am
missing any addon/application to have this feature?

Also, is there a web based for Xen?

There are third party GUI tools like virt-manager..

Yes, there are many web frontends for managing Xen.
