Xen users - Sep 2005 - Boot-problem with xen

Hello!
I have a problem with xen. When i try to boot my system, i get
the following error:

Booting ''Xen 2.0 / XenLinux 2.6''
root
(hd0,0)
 Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83
kernel
/boot/xen-2.0.gz dom0_mem=131072
   [Multiboot-elf,
<0xb7b69000:0x3f080:0x35f80>(bad)

Error 28: Selected item cannot fit into memory

Can someone tell
me, what could be wrong? I tried it with multiple versions (2.0.6 source,
2.0.7 source, 2.0.7 unstable source, 2.0.7 prebuild). All the
same.

HI,

This seems to be unussual, grub tells that image is bad(which is not 
possible).
Could you provide the grub version number. or have you ever tried upgrading 
the grub and then try to boot xen.
