The latest patched fuse available at http://ftp.gluster.com/pub/gluster/glusterfs/fuse/ does not work with 2.6.30 kernel. Am I then right to assume that the stock fuse distro packaged with the kernel is good enough to work with gluster 3.0.4?
Hi, For kernels above 2.6.18 you need not install the custom patched fuse. You should be able to compile and use glusterfs without any problems. Regards, Sachidananda.
