wine users - Jan 2009 - Call of Duty 2 laggs

Hi, i've installed cod2 in normally way and patch itto version 1.3
but every few seconds the game lags for 2-5 seconds. i use wine version 1.1.13.
anyone who has the same problem or anyone who knows an solution?
