Swfdec - Dec 2008 - [PATCH] More understandable gstreamer requirements

Hi,

looks like gstreamer-pbutils is the devel package of gstreamer base plugins 
and i found a bit difficult to correlate the two things. Then if you search 
pbutils with debian apt you won't find anything so probably is better to use
gstreamer-base-plugins terminology instead. Should help debian, ubuntu and 
fedora users at least.
