Pkg xen devel - Feb 2008 - xen-utils-common has pod not man pages

The xen-utils-common package doesn't have the pod2man converted pages. 
I took at look at debian/rules but couldn't figure out how to send an 
appropriate patch. The best I could do was just send you this email to 
let you know.

I know you guys probably know the right way to do this, but here is 
one way that works. I'm not very experienced with debian packaging and 
what is appropriate.
