This series try to enable migration of non-LRU pages, such as driver's page.
My ARM-based platform occured severe fragmentation problem after long-term
(several days) test. Sometimes even order-3 page allocation failed. It has
memory size 512MB ~ 1024MB. 30% ~ 40% memory is consumed for graphic processing
and 20~30 memory is reserved for zram....

[PATCH v2 14/18] mm/balloon: use general movable page feature into balloon
Now, VM has a feature to migrate non-lru movable pages so
balloon doesn't need custom migration hooks in migrate.c
and compact.c. Instead, this patch implements page->mapping
->{isolate|migrate|putback} functions.
With that, we could remove hooks for ballooning in general
migration functions and make balloon compaction simple.

the same but has been adapted to the latest git level.

hook and architecture specific code.
- PG_state_change page flag has been replaced with architecture
specficic primitives. s390 now uses PG_arch_1 and avoids to waste
another page flag (it still uses two additional bits).
- Add calls to make pages volatile when pages are moved from the
active to the inactive list and set max_buffer_heads to zero to
force a try_to_release_page call to get more page into volatile
state.
