Flac - Sep 2004 - [Flac-users] How should I do?

Hello,
 
I am Minamisawa, from Japan.
I tried to decode some files by FLAC, but it doesn't work it, and the
message is shown in top.

There's not enough information here.  "I tried to decode some
files by FLAC" and "it doesn't work" tell us nothing.  The
message you quoted is just the license.
