Hi developers. Speex is great coder library and there is a delphi sample code for using this library but what about speex.pas and speex.dll which is not included in that project , or at least what about speex.dll ? how i can compile it for windows platform or from where i can download it? I am delphi programmer and i can't compile it by my self from your source code. Please answer me.
