Hi There, Relative to my previous question ("Samba As PDC: Wrong Workgroup?"), when I list my users I get: $ pdbedit -v -u Administrator Unix username: Administrator NT username: Account Flags: [U ] ... Domain: ... If I try to alter the Administrator account to be in Domain MYDOMAIN, as in: $ pdbedit -r -I MYDOMAIN -u Administrator It simply returns the same info as if I'd asked to list the account, and changes the Domain not. Read and re-read the docs. Again: Searched and searched. Thanks, Jim

It seemed like The Right Thing To Do? :)> > Also what docs are you reading ?What haven't I read? Everything I could find. Some of it perhaps not the right thing, tho. I just ran across this: https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_AD_DC_HOWTO and the thing I mentioned previously didn't even mention "by the way: If you're running BIND..." *sigh*... Thanks, Jim
