CentOS docs - Mar 2019 - Translate Wiki to Brazilian Portuguese

Hello friends,

I would like to join the translation team of the CentOS project.

I'm from Brazil and I realized that the Project Wiki does not have a
Portuguese version of Brazil and I wanted to use my skills to translate it
into my native language.

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for offering to contribute to the wiki. I assume your wiki
name is CarlosNascimento. There is a frontpage in Brazilian
Portuguese:

It was last edited in 2015, so you might want to start with updating
that page. The Release Note could be another immediate target. If you
have trouble editing those pages, please let us know.
