libvirt users - Oct 2017 - add/attache vol from pool - without xml ?

is that possible, as per subject? If yes then how would such 
a command like look like?

Attach where? To a domain? Via C/Python/... API or virsh?

virsh attach-disk  might be what you're looking for.

I fiddled in virsh with all I could find, gee, I failed, a 
have one pool off a gluster, I cannot attach a disk/vol to a 
domain.
