Nut upsuser - Apr 2019 - ondelay parameter does not work with NUT on Raspbian and Eaton 5E850iUSBDIN UPS

I don't see ups.delay.start anywhere. Here is the output of upsrw:

Since the usbhid-ups driver supports ups.delay.start, it looks as if it's
the
UPS which does not support delayed start.  Roger

Are you happy with your Eaton Elipse ECO 1600?
Does it work well with ondelay?
I will need some UPS that supports the ondelay parameter.
