[Samba] Samba3 to Samba4 Group Migration during classicupgrade
Hey everyone... I'm testing samba3 to samba4 migration and I'm having a problem with group migration. Basically, when I run classicupgrade, he keeps warning about group membership. I increase log level and it tells that the group that some users belongs to don't exist. Is there anyway to tell samba classicupgrade to import groups first and then do the rest? Kind regards, Bruno Andrade.

[Samba] Samba3 to Samba4 Group Migration during classicupgrade
Hi Bruno Andrade, I believes that this happen if this new server didn't have proper existing LDAP setting. try to reconfigure your system where your getent passwd and group working correctly (like the old one) Then only start the migration. Hope that help.
