dovecot - Nov 2013 - Executing a wget? or clicking on a link in inbound email?

I use Dovecot, but all I know about Dovecot is that's it is an IMAP server,
and, I know that it includes lots of other stuff that I see discussed on this
list, but I know nothing about it.

I have a situation that, maybe once a week, I get an html only email that
contains 3 clickable links. I would like, on receipt of such email, auto click
the first link (perhaps execute a wget to do so? or ?)

Can something like this be done, which of the tools, what docs to look at?
