Rails spinoffs - Jun 2006 - InPlaceEditor and the progress indicator

I saw the information on the Scriptaculous Wiki on how to add a spinning
progress indicator. I was able to get it working, however, it only seems to
work once and then ever other field I save after that does not get the
spinning indicator.

Any idea what could be causing this? Is it an image caching issue? I''ve
testing in both IE and Firefox.
