That website was taken down a long time ago. The only existing backups

I am personally building a (partial) static backup from the wayback
machine that will be online sometime, hopefully soon. For historical
purposes, and to be able to consult the rationale behind some commits.
But that won''t fix the task anyway. Doubt filing a ticket is worth the
trouble for 2-3-stable because that branch is basically frozen except
for security updates. You probably know it is easy to freeze rails
manually on the other hand.
