I know the basics, but am continually getting hung up on the smallest things and need something to iron out all the wrinkles. So I guess I would be after something that quickly went over the basics, but also included some intermediate items as well. I just saw Peter''s post, which is extremely nice of him, but I am looking for something hands on. Does anyone know of any?
