LARTC - May 2004 - Auto Load Balancing in Linux sever

Hello,
        Im having an intranet of 100 linux machines sharing the internet and 
have two lease line internet connections Does anyone know how to auto load 
balance in the intranet server considering the current traffic, bandwidth 
etc, instead of using static routes with iproute2.
