Rails - Jan 2007 - Requirements for Web-hosting providers

I would like to start using Ruby on Rails framework for developing my
own site. Since I don''t have my own server but I will be using a
Web-hosting solution I would be obliged if someone could inform what
are the requirements for the provider of Web-Hosting in order  to run
my Ruby on rails developed Web site.

they offer free plan for basic account.
