Rails - Sep 2005 - web service client soap header generation

I''ve run into a problem when trying to access a Axis C++ service. Axis
C++
appears to have a case sensitivity issue with HTTP header field names in 
particular "Soapaction" which they want to be "SOAPAction".
I''ve opened a
bug report against Axis C++ on the problem but want to make some headway. So 
I''m trying to find where these SOAP headers are generated can anyone
point
me at them?

I think it''s somewhere in the SOAP::Header Ruby standard library.  On
my system that''s in /opt/local/lib/ruby/1.8/soap/header/...
