Rails - Aug 2005 - mime.types configuration for webrick (scripts/server)

I had trouble with the webrick server (as used via scripts/server)  
serving my .js files as application/octet-stream.

I made a patch for it so I can run "./scripts/server --mime-types / 
private/etc/httpd/mime.types" to have it load the mime.types  
configuration from Apache on my mac.
