Rails - Aug 2005 - small bug on the web page

Hi,

On http://download.rubyonrails.com/ on the sidebar "Current version" 
says that the latest Rails version is 0.13.0. As I know, the latest is 
0.13.1. It''s the same problem with ActiveRecord and maybe with other 
libraries, too.
