Subject: Re: [Rails] Rails Text Editors
I was actually using Crimson Editor on windows. They had a plugin for
basic rhtml that somebody else on the list wrote I believe. I love that
editor, but it''s just not the same in Wine :) I haven''t seen
the
nightly build of Ruby for Eclipse, but ip until then, Crimson was the
best thing that I found. I wouldn''t even think of changing if I was
still on a Windows box.
I added on to the defenitions to improve the syntax highlighting on my
own copy, but I wanted to give it more time before I released a version
for other to use. Mainly to see if there were any issues with it, but
it''s very easy to extend. Mostly I had just added helper methods to
the
keywords list, but it was looking really good. Don''t know if
I''ll get
the chance to keep working on it, but if you''re interested in what
I''ve
got, shoot me an email off list, and I can send you what I''ve got.

HI Ben ,
Please send me what you''ve got. Do you know if there is a code
formatter in Crimson ?
Thanks.
