Xen users - May 2012 - Find memory address space of running VM

Hi list,

Is there a simple way to find out the memory space addresses in RAMthat 
is used by a running domU?
I would like to have the physical addresses so that I can manipulate and 
write directly to the domU RAM from the dom0.
Can anyone help me?
