           Summary: New --time-format option
           Product: rsync
           Version: 3.1.0
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: wayned at samba.org
        ReportedBy: mluscon at redhat.com
         QAContact: rsync-qa at samba.org
Rsync timestring function produces hard-coded time format that does not have
time zone information included, which makes time comparisons untenable between
differing time zones and differing log files.
Provided attachment contains new --time-format option, which allows users to
define their own time format.
