Vorbis - Apr 2005 - Ogg Tags in Windows File properties?

I'm curious if anyone has developed a Windows shell extension to enable Ogg
tags to be viewed and maintained in the File Properties window.  This currently
supports at least MP3 & WMA file tags.  I would like to install one if there
is one.

I managed to find an Info tool tip extension for Ogg files.

it is, or who made it. I say it on Hydrogenaudio.
