Vorbis - Jan 2005 - libao-0.8.6 release

I've made a new source release of libao. This includes the polypaudio 
driver contributed by Lennart Poettering.

Hi, I'm a newbie programmer that intersted in Vorbis encoding. I need to
know which files are needed to compile oggencoding using visual c++ 6.0 under
windows os.

I have tried to compiled the encoding but it had error while linking the files
to make executeable files. I forget to bring the error file but I'll post it
later.
