If you have got a question for which you don't get an answer reading the docs, please write to R-help. Read the readme in that directory. It says: ** The directories windows-9x and windows-NT are recursive links and only ** there for backwards-compatibility. Please go directly to base or ** contrib to download R for all versions of Windows.
