Yup, it's a bug. Cc'ed to r-bugs so that we don't forget.

[1] FALSE

[1] TRUE

[maybe Martin would want to add a check that is.whatever works
identically on lists and pairlists. Not is.pairlist, though...]

Now fixed.

Added to tests/is-things.R (& .Rout.save).
Both should be in the snapshots (R-devel.tar.gz) shortly..
