tinc - Apr 2007 - compression

Hi tincers,

simple question, I've got a tinc vpn running over a connection which is
sometimes very very slow.

Now, on the homepage of tinc, it says "compression of all traffic",
but in
the man page "compression for UDP packets".

which one is true?
