Summary: EVT_TEXT_ENTER not firing on OS X & Linux

Initial Comment:
evt_text_enter should fire when the ENTER button is pressed within a single-line
TextCtrl. BUt this isn''t working on OS X or Linux at the moment -
nothing happens.
