It can be easily implemented as an extension module. If anybody wants to
provide a patch, I'm happy to include it.
I'm sorry, but I don't consider this important enough to put it on our
TODO list.

You can specify source and destination masks to be used for the limiting. It's still in development so you'll have to wait until the author decides it's ready for real consumption and makes a real release.
