Dear All,
The 'joineR' package for the joint analysis of repeated measurements and
time-to-event outcomes is now available on CRAN. The package contains utilities
for creating and manipulating 'jointdata' objects, graphical summaries,
a variogram function for estimating correlation structure, and maximum
likelihood estimation for a class of random effects joint models.
