-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi! I am using samba 3.0.24 with backend ldapsam. When i restart samba it tries to create the sambaDomainName entry in ldap with the domain name, the problem is, it does not create the entry with the name specified in workgroup attribute (in smb.conf) it creates one with the name of the machine. Am i doing something wrong ? Best regards, Luis Lobo Here is a snippet of my smb.conf: - -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [global] workgroup = ALUNOS server string = %h domain master = yes domain logons = yes preferred master = yes ... -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFF8T0T74zKLATG/jMRAh5kAJ9S8retMnNNI40L1odEFAfHK4oJ/wCg5BW8 ozgQ/6oYXUltsvgDrBhIZqc=pxgv -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
