The ext3-0.0.6 patch doesn't build if CONFIG_JBD_DEBUG is set and
CONFIG_BUFFER_DEBUG is not set, because include/linux/buffer-trace.h
is missing a definition for BUFFER_TRACE2 in one branch of a #ifdef.
One-liner patch appended.
