Although I still use Samba, I am unsubscribing from this list as soon as I 
send this message.

While I only read this list from Linux, it (the list) remains a virus-magnet. 
This is despite repeated requests from many subscribers for the list to 
implement some form of virus-scanning. 

so long, folks ... and take my advice: don't read this list using Windows.
