Hello, is there a way for samba to forward name resolution requests to a dns server and return the answer back? client --------> wins --------> dns atlas atlas client <-------- wins <-------- dns 10.10.1.8 10.10.1.8 That chart should explain what I am looking to do. I have people who have wins support but not dns. Thank you! -- Terry Davis Systems Administrator BirdDog Solutions, Inc. Excuse me for not digging the man page first. thank you again! -- Terry Davis Systems Administrator BirdDog Solutions, Inc.
