I compiled Darwine with wine 1.1.32 (I have plans to make Russian version in next future). I want to place it to my website to free share, but not sure about legal it. In distributive have standard Darwine readme file with links to Wine and darwine websites. Also I see information about needing License file, but I can not find where I can get this text. Please tell me where I can get strongly valid licences text for Wine and Darwine. Sorry, not well speak English.

If the license is GPL you *must* use the same license. Martin

The README usually mentions it too. If there really is no license, ask the Darwine author about it and use the license he prefers. Martin
I dont want to change licency. I only want to compile and free share :)

For Wine itself you can get the license here: http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/?a=blob_plain;f=COPYING.LIB;hb=HEAD
